Welcome and Thank you for booking with Point Holistic Wellness. If this is your first initial consultation acupuncture treatment, please make sure you completed your New patients forms online. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment We are located at 2900 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 in Building J, suite 106. Please be aware that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please asap or with in 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid the $60 late cancellation fee.
Please note- If you received this message with out a full confirmation of your appointment date, time and acupuncturists name, you did not properly schedule your appointment. All patients may register online, but must receive an appointment confirmation to ensure your booking was valid.
